Flyfisherman´s Inari and Teno Rivers

The flies that recognized in the rivers Inari and Teno are useful for salmon year after year - by learning the conditions of each fly pattern of different weather, waterlevel, temperature and even surrounding nature. Every season brings out some hot patterns - that are no use for the next season. But a few of those hot patterns will outlast and become a popular pattern for several years.

To cover the body, 4..5 stripes of varnished teal quills which are first attached beside the tag, orange floss, after that the teal stipes is drawn ahead as a cover for the orange body

Black or Fluorescent Red

Comments:

When the teal stripes are varnished they let the orange be translucent when the fly is wet. This technique can be implemented in different colour combinations.
